Ingredients

Pork Chops
  • 4 pieces grilled pork chops
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For grilling or skillet cooking

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  2. Place pork chops in a ziplock bag or airtight container, pour the marinade over, seal it up, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is better).
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or heat a skillet over medium-high, cleaning and oiling as needed.
  2. Remove chops from the marinade, let excess drip off, and cook on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  3. Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving hot.

Notes

Don't skip marinating overnight if you can; it elevates the flavors to the next level. Serve alongside sides like mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, or salad.
